The Heartland Conference was looking to develop a comprehensive set of symbols that would represent each of their thirteen sports championships. Rickabaugh Graphics has completed similar projects for other clients (such as the American Athletic Conference) so our staff understood the challenges at hand. There is no mascot image with which to play and so the focus is on crafting icons for each of the sports (some of which like cross country can be very hard to visualize). We developed a cohesive set of sports themed logos and then completed the process with nine school specific championship logos that can be customized for any sport and year.
