When Marquette turned to Rickabaugh Graphics their alums, students and administration were at odds over the school’s nickname. Alums wanted to return to “Warriors”, current students wanted to continue to be “Golden Eagles” and the board had just selected a short-lived nickname, “The Gold”. We guided the university and their stakeholders from this very heated situation to a new, memorable brand that has successfully unified every stakeholder group behind the most important name... “Marquette.”
